The 2015 Regular General Meeting of Employees was held
On June 9 (Tuesday) the 5th Period Regular General Meeting of Employees was held in the Keidanren Kaikan (Otemachi, Tokyo) from 10:45.
On the day, the General Meeting was attended by 285 members (including 213 proxies). The items were discussed under the chairmanship of Toshiaki Higashihara (Representative Executive Officer, President & COO, Hitachi Ltd.), all of which were passed unanimously without modification.
The proceedings were as follows.
• Item 1: 2014 settlement of accounts report and audit report
• Item 2: 2015 business plan approval
• Item 3: 2015 cash budget approval
• Item 4: Appointment of executives
• Reports: 2014 business report
At the award ceremony, 16 people and 2 teams (7 people) were given the Significant Contribution to JAHIS Members Award, and 5 people received the Award for Executive Contribution. Chairman Higashihara gave each of the representatives a certificate and trophy.
Afterwards, a reception was held at the venue. Following a greeting by Chairman Higashihara, guests Masanori Miyazaki, Section Manager in the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Health Insurance Bureau, Medical Economics Division, Yoshihide Ezaki, Section Manager in the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, Commerce and Information Policy Bureau, Healthcare Industry Section, and Ryuichi Yamamoto, Director-General of the Medical Information System Development Center offered greetings.
With a total of around 200 members, guests and reporters participating, it was a lively gathering.
