The 24th JAHIS Lecture Meeting and New Year’s Celebration (Jan. 16)
The 24th JAHIS Lecture Meeting and New Year’s Celebration was held on Wednesday, January 16 at Iino Hall & Conference Center (Uchisaiwaicho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo).
Part 1: The JAHIS Lecture Meeting featured a speech by Mr. Takahashi, Director of the Steering Committee, on New Year’s aspirations for 2019. This was followed by a special lecture by Ph. D. Toshiyuki Sawaguchi, the Head of Humanity Neuroscience Institute entitled “Artificial Intelligence and Brain Science.”
Part 2: The New Year’s celebration began with a greeting from the president, Iwamoto. This was followed by greetings from related ministries and groups. The new member introduction featured the eager objectives of the three new member companies present at the meeting.
The meeting concluded successfully with more than 224 participants, including members, guests, and staff.
